“I called this attorney to assist with probate & Will issues in regarding a family member. We had an initial conversation. He asked me to email him all of my documentation. I did that. He never called me back.”

“$400 for a video consultation. 15 mins into the conversation I'm told they can't do what I need them to do. Asked for a refund. They refunded half. $200 for a 15 min video call.”
