What a wonderful, easy, pain-free experience! Where do I begin. My husband and I set up a trust with Providence Law. I knew that it needed to be done but I was still dreading the process. Amy and Winnie made the process so enjoyable and so smooth. They are so knowledgeable. Amy really educated me and made me aware of situations that I didn’t even know about. She is very up to date on the laws and on situations that can cause confusion and leave you unprotected if not handled properly. This firm is incredibly organized and they leave no stone unturned. They are also very professional but also very down to earth and personable. Now, let’s talk about the fees. I did a ton of research before selecting Providence Law to handle my trust and they are the most affordable that I’ve seen but also the best value. Others firms charge extra for the Will, the power of attorney forms and other forms that you may also need in place. By the time you’re done, you’ve paid a small fortune to get your affairs in order. At Providence Law, all of the necessary forms are included in the trust package, which is still more affordable than just the Will alone at many law firms. Most importantly, the Trusts are top notch! We are extremely pleased and would give this firm 10 stars if we could. If you use this firm, you won’t be disappointed.

Tom and his staff have been great to work with! He helped me with my prenuptial agreement and provided advice on other legal matters. I’d highly suggest anyone looking for legal advice.

Some of the most difficult times in life are when you need a lawyer. I have a dear friend going through a very tough time in finding a divorce lawyer. She already received services from one office but was feeling taken advantage of and confused on costs that she was charged while not seeing much result. I let her know that i had a good friend that is a Family Law expert and pointed her to Tom. She was able to get in quickly to see him and immediately felt at ease. Tom Stahl consulted for me when I was engaged and preparing for my marriage. Coming from a family and background who never talked about the legal repercussions of marriage, I had no idea where to start when preparing for my own. I met Tom through a close friend who told me he was a reliable source--and I can now vouch the same thing. Tom was very professional, knowledgeable, and objective about the entire marriage process such as: how to find and book the right officiant (specifically during the pandemic which was difficult), how to attain a marriage license, and the how to decide if you want to create a prenuptial agreement with your spouse. He also described post-nuptial agreements as an option if you choose not to create one pre-marriage. By the end of our meeting I felt much more assured about the whole process and confident in my decisions to move forward with my wedding. I highly recommend Tom if you're looking for a friendly and approachable attorney. He never made me feel bad about information I didn't know, and he was very patient and objective with my questions.
