While my "day of closing" time with them went smoothly, the weeks leading up to it were not. The settlement coordinator lacked the desire to go above and beyond to help resolve problems, often leaving me to do their job - the one they get paid to do. As the seller of a estate property, the situation we were in was already an unpleasant one, and having to work with Capitol Title didn't make it any easier. I would not use this company again or recommend them.

Great people to do business with! They had all my documents ready to go at time of settlement, and we breezed right through! Ask for Mr. Levy, he will take great care of your settlement at a fair price. Highly recommend!
