I met Matt Skipper and his associate recently and we started with a basic one hour consult. in that time he packed a lot of info on how cases like mine could expect to play out and we discussed several different strategies. He encouraged me to pursue the least litigious path if we could what we wanted and he encouraged me to go back to take the first shot at negotiating with the HOA's lawyer and board members. it all got worked out pretty much exactly how we wanted it. i would highly recommend working with matt.
