I’m no angel but I was harassed and held an irregular amount of time for assumptions and what seemed to be generalizations as well as profiling. For example having two forms of ID. And still being told that they didn’t believe me when I told them who I was when it could have been verified through very simple means. A shame I had to spend money to prove my innocence but Ms. Shipley understands the system and is pragmatic in her approach. She will deliver results and proves to be very effective. I commend Ms. Shipley for doing what is right by providing a service to help those who are oppressed, generalized and profiled. If not for her god knows where I would be.
