I want to start this review out by saying That I am very happy with the results of my case And I posted a previous review and stated that. There are a few things that I would like to address, I was assigned attorney Zachary Benninga and While we had a love hate relationship during my case I wanted to address the fact Zachary always spoke down to me never made me feel like I could just call and get answers that I wanted without getting a bunch of grief. When I started this case I told Zachary that I wanted to get my driver's license fixed I have no legal expertise no experience in the legal system and that's why I hired an attorney to help me navigate the system. I told Zachary that from the beginning Is was my main goal was Get everything in Maryland cleared up so that i can have a valid License after 12 years. He advised he would look into to my background and advise Is what needed to be done. After some time days or maybe even a week or 2 He advised the case in Easton Maryland Was all that he saw that could be holding me back. I signed a retainer agreement for $5000 for that case. Zachary resolves my case for that warrant with a probation before judgment and I was ecstatic. This was a twelve-year-old case and I had to fly from Florida to Maryland to get this case resolved so it was a big undertaking. When I returned to Florida and went to the DMV they advised that there was still ahold on my License from Maryland when I called to find out what the hold was for is for another active warrant. Me being not very adept in legal Matters Had no clue how I would find out if I had additional Warrants. When I called Zachary he played dumb like "you didn't know you had additional warrents" He said he would look into it, I never heard back from him I did my own research and found the warrant. When I advised Zack he played dumb and said that he would put together an additional retainer agreement So we could get that case resolved. I was Irate Not so much for the fact that he wanted me to pay an additional retainer but because I should have known this information from the very beginning which is the reason why hired attorney. Zachary and I had a heated discussion where he'd belittled me And he told me to find a new lawyer because he was going to refuse to represent me in the additional case. Zachary refused to take any accountability for this mistake He thinks that I should shoulder all the blame even though I hired him to look into all this for me. He is also now refusing to help me resolve it. So now 2 months later I had spent $5000 on an attorney plus airfare to go to Maryland to resolve the case probably close to $7000 all Together And I'm still unable to get a license and I'm going to have to hire a new attorney To resolve my additional case So working with Zach was more of a headache than it was worth Now I have to start over basically.
