Very happy with this law firm. They made everything very easy, I Worked with them for 2 years and never once had to see them in person. They doubled my expectations and saved me over $10000 in medical bills. Highly recommend!

BEWARE! FIND ANOTHER ATTORNEY! I hired Tom for a child custody case. To start, I rarely spoke with him, and each conversation I was able to have with Tom left me more confused. Everything was through his paralegal, never speaking to Tom, which left a lot of questions unanswered. Couldn't understand Tom when he spoke, lots of mumbling and unfinished sentences, which is not what you want when working with an attorney. Every time we lost a motion/hearing, he would say, "It's very odd, peculiar, or the judge made an error..." (happened 5 times), and that was it. Never offered any recourse or anything. Throughout the case, Tom explained how I had a high probability of winning full custody, but things could potentially stay the same (50/50 custody). I ended up losing all custody (which was never explained as a possible outcome). During final statements, Tom started to give my final statement, was challenged by the judge, and then immediately gave up in the middle of his ending argument. After case is closed, I reached out to Tom for the final order, which I'm still unsure if Tom has it, to which he answered, was very disrespectful towards me, told me not to call anymore, he would not be handling my appeal (which he told me he would 3-5 days prior) and hung up on me. Stay clear of this firm. There are plenty of other well equipped attorneys out there that'll do what you ask.

I’d give zero stars if I could. I could have represented myself better. And could have delt without the private sly remarks about my personal business.

Tom Ellis and his Paralegal Jenna Bartholomew are an amazing team, and “paramount” in all ways. They are professional, and make “serving others” their priority. They go “above and beyond” in all they do. They instill confidence and comfort in me. I appreciate all they have done for me, and continue to do for me. I have had nothing but a great experience dealing with Tom and his Paralegal, Jenna. From my 1st meeting with them they helped put my mind at ease, with their warmth, knowledge, and genuine caring throughout my entire ordeal. Anytime I had any questions, and I had many, they always looked into it and responded in a very timely manner. They both are wonderful people who really care about helping their clients however they can. They definitely helped me so much and I'm so glad I found them. Working with Thomas Ellis and Jenna was a positive experience. They were both informative and provided a business acumen that was crucial in the outcome of my prospective case. They introduced valuable plans when issues arose and conducted themselves professionally and succinctly to ever changing nuisances during the entire ordeal. They were forthcoming and decent throughout the process. They were engaging, outspoken and timely. I have the highest respect for law firm and will not hesitate to use them on future litigations.

I placed my trust in Thomas F Ellis and the Rusz legal service . I retained their services for a family child custody case this past March. Initially Thomas and his legal team impressed us with his history and knowledge regarding family law. He sold us on fair, diligent representation. To my surprise when we finally had our court date, Thomas showed up without his hearing aid (which cost me an hour of legal fees, due too the fact that the court needed to find him a hearing aid so that he could be involved with the proceedings. The court was not able to provide any hearing aid for Thomas, so he wasn't able too properly hear the opposing council or judge. All in all Thomas told the judge I was guilty of contempt and because of his great council, I had to pay my childs mothers legal fees, and I was threatened with jail time if found in contempt of the order. The judge didnt tell me what I was in contempt of. Thanks to my lawyer admitting my guilt with no evidence of guilt, I lost my only chance of a modification for my court order. All in all these are the worst lawyers I have ever use . They talk a good game, but when you go to court, they are unprepared and quite frankly terrible. STAY AWAY
