Occasional lack of professionalism and responsiveness
“My initial contact with Mr. Sulin was pleasant. We spoke over the phone and scheduled a consultation. The day before our scheduled meeting he contacted me to cancel because he was ill. We agreed to reschedule to the day before Thanksgiving per his suggestion. I arrived at his office at the agreed upon time and date and he never showed. In addition he never called or emailed to apologize.”
