I am delighted with the service and guidance I received from Rollins and Murray regarding a complicated legal matter involving my deceased mother’s estate and trust. My sibling, the personal representative and successor trustee, refused to provide information concerning the trust and the estate. When information was provided, it was misleading, inconsistent, and demonstrably false. Since I was located out of state, I required an attorney who was an effective communicator and would objectively construct a plan that would ensure I received everything I was legally entitled to. The office of Rollins and Murray stood by me 100%, guiding me through the complexities of the probate court and the circuit court. I am pleased with the outcome of the court decisions and would highly recommend this office for legal guidance concerning estate and trust counseling and litigation. I would also add that Brian, the paralegal who worked with me through this process, was outstanding.
