Mr. Welch took a case for me that seemed completely hopeless. I had a 2 year history of struggling with a particular association, barely able to make contact and results were rare. Stuart stepped in, got his foot in the door, wouldn't back down and within a month had the entire case resolved. Not only was I impressed that he wrapped up in a month what took me 2 years, but while he did, he kept me completely informed of his every move along with every response he got. He is friendly, easy to talk to and knows his stuff. If I ever have another legal matter like this, I want Stuart on the case!!
