Mr. Bobotek is great to work with. He responded quickly even during the days he was working remotely. If you are looking for counseling on wills, trusts, estate planning or elder law, he is able to effectively explain what may seem like confusing legal documents in plain English.

Dealt with Mark, but when follow-up questions arose, he did not respond after repeated phone calls and emails. He also did a poor job on a another referral I made to him, by leaving out several important items that should have been included in her estate planning documents. Now that her mother has passed away, my friend is struggling with issues because of his poor insights into estate planning.

Mark is an excellent Elder Law Attorney. He guided me through Estate Planning and the Medicaid Waiver process. He revised our wills. He is knowledgeable, ethical empathic and readily available when needed. I have nothing but good things to say about him.
