The National Family Resiliency Center Board of Directors and staff thank the Howard County Bar Association and Howard County Family Law section for sponsoring the annual Crab Feast last fall. NFRC is grateful to the Howard County Bar Association and Family Law section for selecting NFRC as one of the recipients of the proceeds. We are so fortunate to have the support of the legal community to continue to provide the services and programs offered by our center. Our community is lucky to have an organization that is so dedicated to giving back to the public it serves. There is constant fundraising going on for disadvantaged and underserved groups, and lots of opportunities to volunteer.

HCBA is a wonderful group of caring members who do so much to support marginalized and at-risk residents in this County. Their members volunteer in many capacities for Columbia Community Care in our mission to fight food insecurity. We are very grateful for the HCBA's commitment to uplift the lives of our neighbors in need.

The Howard County Bar Association is as good as it gets! Many lasting personal and professional relationships have sparked and flourish as a resort of my involvement with this group, and I look forward to any event that gets put on. Wonderful group to be a part of!

HCBA is a great organization. I was surprised and impressed with HCBA's commitment to volunteering and local charities. Every one of their events raises money for charities. Every year they raise $15,000 or more for Columbia Community Care, "Zaching" for Cancer, National Family Resiliency Center, the HCPD Police Foundation, and Grassroots. Also, they ensure volunteer/free staffing of attorneys to give advice at the courthouse's family law and civil law clinics.

Weren't able to find me an appeals attorney for expungement on a 23 year old conviction

The Howard County Bar Association is doing a great job at giving back to the community. Recently HCBA raised $4,000 for National Family Resiliency Center and Voices for Children, 100s of dollars to Grassroots along with dozens of meals for the residents, and their Bowling For Badges event raised $8,000 over the past 2 years for the Police Fund. This year their lawyers are donating a lot of their time and HCBA is raising money for Columbia Community Care. HCBA is truly committed to helping Howard County.
