I have seen this attorney offer dubious legal advice on more than one occasion. This attorney was previously reprimanded by the Attorney Grievance Commission for (from their website): "Commission Reprimand for failing to provide competent representation, for failing to keep his client reasonably informed and for failing to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation."
