U know u read this review and think this guy seams to be ok please don't believe everything you read I can't say alot this lawyer might sue me lol my advice to any one might be good to shop around or have plenty of. Money u want to give away u need a good lawyer that is welling to fight for u I am still looking for one if u know one and it's not a gold digger let me know thank you

Attorney was very willing to assist me at the free consult. He assured me this was something he had handled before. I provided all of the paperwork and left the free consult feeling positive. The next consult was 125.00 and he reiterated positivity with my case. After he received an additional 1000.00 to proceed, which was to include 1 court appearance, filing paperwork and correspondence, he informed me he felt we should not go against the judges decision. THIS IS A PERFECT EXAMPLE OF BAIT AND SWITCH. There are too many other attorneys to choose from! Believe and read his reviews! AVOID losing your money and having your emotions disregarded. If I could, I wouldn't leave one star. Very disappointing to trust in a so called professional's word and be taken advantage of...

He is an amazing lawyer. Licensed in MD, WV, and VA. Highly knowledgeable, and has a support staff that is excellent at helping make things move through quicker!! One thing he specializes in, is Family Law (divorces & adoptiobs) He also does Criminal law, estate planning and more. I first used him 13 years ago for a divorce. Although I had a child involved, my divorce went thru in just under a year! We also counter sued so my exhusband had to refund attorney fees (to me). We also used him for the adoption process for our daughter. He made the process about as simple (all things considered ) as they could be. He is excEllen at communication. Since his office is close to the Frederick Court house, you aren't spending a ton of money on his commuting costs. Free parking in the rear side of his office.

I believe the receptionist said this attorney specialized in traffic tickets. She said he also had experience in rental law as well. He wasn't much help to us telling us to bring our rental issue to a court who could withhold rent till an issue is resolved. He wasn't even aware of the Frederick County Livability Code Enforcement. If I were an attorney for rental issues, I sure would know about that group who has the power and authority to require work to be completed or face criminal penalties. I hope he is better at traffic tickets than he is with rental law.
