Mr. Alan Winik is an incredible man. He cares about families and will work hard for outcomes in the best interests of children. He understands the legal system, including nuances that others miss. Mr. Winik's advice is based on strong principles. He articulates his views eloquently and effectively within the court system. He is well-respected in the community for good reason. Alan has represented me in my divorce for the past three years. He has been very steady and has advised me on various issues. I felt comfortable sharing my fears and concerns and all of them were answered. The best thing about Alan is that he is not pretentious. His background in criminal law helps when things get sticky. He truly believes in making things work through mediation before going to trial or being pushy. But he doesn't back down when it does.
