I received an injury at work and was clueless as to the process. When I realized that it was prudent to find representation, Matthew Engler was highly recommended to me. When I called him, he found time to meet with me right away. From that moment on, I’ve been grateful for him and all he has done on my behalf. Matt Engler, Amanda Knott I would recommend this firm to anyone. My case was not the easiest to say the least, but this team approached it with a positive and confident attitude. Matt and Amanda were great at responding to my emails quickly even through the corona shut downs. They recommended great doctors and physical therapist as well. Attorney Matt Engler has represented me in a couple cases now. In my job, getting hurt is almost a given. Years ago my first injury was represented by an attorney who I felt I was just another number to. That changed with Mr. Engler. He’s a fighter, he truly cares, he’s smart, he has integrity, he knows what options there are to help and knows how to fight to get the best coverage. They didn't take or talk to me about my situation in fact the secretary there said she didn't have to give me a answer and hung up on me(what's up with that?)

In 2017 my case started with worker’s compensation with this group from the Frederick office , not a time went by that when I had a question or something from the doctors they was for me . Their staff set up my appointments and made sure they fit my schedule as much as they could and was always notified with minutes of them being scheduled. Now to Surgery, they called days before surgery making sure everything was good to go and checking to see if I needed anything; a couple of days after surgery I received phone calls from Matt Engler and Ken Berman both checking on me and also cards and a get well basket from their office . Then it was time to start physical therapy I picked the place but they made sure that everything was taking care of with worker’s compensation and called during therapy to check on my to see how things were going. Final in January of 2020 it was time for settlement of my case and it was first time I had ever had to do something like this Matt Engler and his staff were great making sure everything was ready to court that day . If you are looking for a lawyer group that comes down to a personal level and that’s caring about the people they are working for and not just the dollars this is the group you need to go too. Matt and Ken thank you for all you have done for me and to Ken thank you for the other summer in 2019 at gathering for setting down with my wife and talking to her because she was worried about court, you are both true friends to our family thank you! Matthew Engler is my attorney for my workers comp case. I had no idea even where to begin with anything. He educated me on everything including the history of workers comp. Any questions I had have been answered in a timely manner. If he himself was unavailable he had an assistant to receive and respond to my questions. Matt kept me up to date with everything. Always easy to get in contact with. He made me feel like my time was important and always got back to me. Whenever I had a task or appointment to go to Matt always broke things down in a step by step process. All I had to do was listen and everything went smooth. He made this whole ordeal bearable and accomplishable. Never once did I feel like Matt didn't have my best interest in mind. My well being is what he put first and I whole heartedly believe that.
