David has really been an excellent attorney, he has helped me through a very tough time and saw it through until the end. He kept me updated thru the process, and helped me so much to get this completed. His representation goes above and beyond most attorneys. He listens to your problems, and he makes sure you don't have any unanswered questions. He was quick to reply to any questions I had. I recommend him to anyone. I don'r write a lot of reviews unless someone deservers it, and David definitely does. Thank you 5 stars

After calling other bk lawyers for their services which were marginal and fees over-inflated, I took to Google and found David Cahn. I personally spoke with him, he was reasonable, and he outlined a plan for me to overcome a scheduled lawsuit by a creditor. I was skeptical at first--but, was soon very assured with his professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile. The plan succeeded! Even down to the wire David exceedingly did what he said he would do, as I too committed to my part, I emerged from the depths of drowning to a new life-line and peace-of- mind. I highly recommend David Cahn, he is an awesome lawyer, who is a devoted professional, capable, willing, and on-top-of-his-craft to assist anyone who is in need of his services. He is 10 STARS in my book if only these recommendations offered it!

David made a stressful time in our lives easier. We were scared of the process since this was the first time we had to go through this. I would highly recommend the use David Cahn if in need of a lawyer! From my first interaction with Mr. Cahn he has always been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Everything was cut and dry and made it so I could understand everything that he needed from me. He works fast, but extremely efficient and was made available anytime I had a question. He was very down to earth and did not come across as your typical lawyer. The whole process went extremely smooth and painless, but that wouldn't of been possible without his expertise!

David explained how he was going to handle the whole process and respond to all my e-mails, returned my phone calls and help me understand every step on our case. I`m glad we pick his office to help us. I hope I won`t need his services any more but if I do I`ll definitely call his office again. He is very friendly and knowledgeable guy.

David Cahn was wonderful to work with! I had a court date which I realized last minute corresponded with my daughter's out-of-town competition and I was terribly stressed about it. David was calm and reassuring. He represented me at court during my absence and all charges were dropped. One of my biggest pet peeves in life is non-responsiveness or being slow to respond and David was absolutely on his game....he never left me hanging and follow through was consistent. I absolutely would recommend his services and wouldn't hesitate to utilize his services myself - although, hopefully that won't be necessary!
