I highly recommend Richard Healy! He helped me with my Will over 20 years ago, and again in 2022, when I needed to revise it. He is a very knowledgeable, dedicated, and caring professional. You are not just another client to him. He had a lot of compassion and patience with all my questions. He is a superb listener, and very effective communicator. You will not find a lawyer with greater character and integrity... A real gentleman! He is everything you could possibly hope for in a lawyer! If I had a family member or friend who needed a lawyer, I would recommend Mr. Healy in a heartbeat. (And his wife, Maggie, is just as nice and helpful as he is!)

Richard Healy is a great attorney and is of great character, which is important as being defendant can feel quite vulnerable. His practice is professional and reliable. Attorneys are busy professionals and are constantly consumed with time sensitive tasks, so the fact that he was very responsive to all questions and concerns was very reassuring. He was straight forward regarding the possible outcomes of the case without absolute promises of desired outcomes (which no lawyer can deliver) but diligent in pursuing victory. I cannot reiterate his honorable character as a person and a professional, which is an important factor in choosing an attorney.

I was facing a case that could result in jail time of over a year. With his help i was able to get it reduced to required classes and then it was expunged. He is a nice person and definitely puts the client first. He was always a phone call away and kept both sides of the process updated asap. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a great defense lawyer. He was fair and understanding. Never had a feeling like he was going to short me when it was time to present our defense in court.
