What really drew me to the firm is the fact that Mr. Glinsmann made time for me even though it was a short notice. I have immense respect for the wealth of knowledge he possesses and the command he has over his subject. They just refused to take my brother's case, but that speaks volumes about the integrity of this firm. They also decided that they would refund the full amount of money that we had paid upfront for their service; despite having invested a lot of time mounting our case.
