Maria Glinsmann and her secretary Alicia was so helpful from the beginning and all the way through the end, they are a little bit more expensive, but in the end it's definitely worth it. Glinsmann was there to guide us every step of the way. When I first started researching the process of obtaining a Green Card for my wife, I was proud of myself for figuring out the two steps needed. Then, we had a time crunch and decided to go with a lawyer. Glinsmann and his team walked us through all 700,000 steps needed to make the process go smoothly. I can't imagine how impressive my failure would have been if I went it alone. The team at Glinsmann is knowledgable, professional, patient, and most importantly, calm. Their steadiness and expertise kept my wife and I from succumbing to the stress of the process. The office takes care of nearly everything. You pay an upfront fee that includes the application fees and the work the office will perform. Then, they will work your case to completion without tacking on extra fees regardless of the complexities. Of course, if you screw up your end you might have to pay to fix it, but they keep your side so simple and straightforward you'll be OK. The team is quick to respond. So quick in fact, when it wasn't within an hour or two, I felt slighted. There were a few times where I felt like I was still in over my head and drowning in vagaries or not having every bit of ideal supporting material. They talked me down and made sure everything would be OK. For example, my wife and I use pay as you go phones because they are cheaper and we didn't yet have shared health insurance, which meant we couldn't use those to prove the validity of our marriage. It stressed me out because I didn't want to get tied into long term financial obligations. Glinsmann assured me it would be OK and it was. I'm trying very hard to think of ways they could improve their service. I keep drawing blanks. Glinsmann was there to guide us every step of the way.

Having recently worked with Matthew on an N-600 case, I must say that this Firm produces results. While the case itself was not complicated, it was complex and had many nuances.
