I wanted an experienced immigration attorney and based on previous reviews I chose Glinsmann. They were professional and thorough throughout the entire process. Not inexpensive but all things considered well worth it.

I religiously paid the 450$ fee for the first/initial consultation, uploaded all the documents they asked me for, and presented my case for an EB2 NIW. First of all, it is to my understanding that she never even looked at the docs uploaded because she had no knowledge about them. Furthermore, I was literally told that unless I had a Nobel price I wouldn’t be able to obtain the visa. Lucky me, I did my homework and interview 4 other lawyers and learn about my choices and opportunities, being able to obtain an approval. With that said, do not waist your time/money (450$ well above average) regarding an eb2 NIW.

I don't know if I have enough good things to say about Maria Glinsmann. She came highly recommended from a family friend and after working with her it is obvious why. After our first meeting with her it is clear that she is an expert in her field. Our case was a complicated immigration case to say the least and she proved that she was well equipped to handle the load. Excellent lawyer

Matthew Glinsmann and his team were in charge of our marriage-based green card. We hired Matthew because we wanted to be sure that our paperwork will be filled properly and we will have somebody knowledgeable by our side during the stressful immigration process. We do not regret our decision and we are excited to report that our green card was approved! Matthew was always knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive. He patiently answered all our questions and helped us deal effectively with USCIS delays. Gabriella, our case manager, was also great the whole time. She was very precise, and organized.
