Jay was exceptional to work with on two amendments to our estate trust. He advised us on how best to proceed to meet our desired outcomes, executed the amendments in a speedy manner, and was open and responsive to our questions and changes during it all. He is friendly, positive, and so pleasant to work with, which made everything more easy and less stressful. We wish we would have come to him to create our original estate trust! In short, we recommend him wholeheartedly!

Jay Horowitz is a very knowledgeable attorney and a consummate professional. I went to Jay when I wanted to start my own consulting firm. He prepared all of the necessary paperwork and explained everything that I needed to do to register and start my new firm. I couldn't have done it without him. I have also used Jay for life/estate planning. He is always very patient and willing to explain everything in terms that I (a non attorney) can understand.

Jay is very thorough in his work. I requested legal procedures on an issue that I needed help with. He came back to me with questions on possible figurations that I had not even thought about. Not only did he produce accurate information for me, his fee was fair. Timeliness needs to be his middle name. Gladly, I will go to him for future legal needs.
