He was the best - I am so grateful. I did not have a challenging case - it was a ridiculous nuisance complaint, but I had a lot of questions as this was new to me. He answered all completely and conscientiously let me know all the potential nuances which I could not have thought of to ask. Then there were a number of emails between us - more questions from me, asking about the many ways to present and phrase things. Again, his responses were both extremely informative and kind. And he was, always, extremely, timely and responsive - responses came in what seemed like immediately! I feel as though I got an education in the legal issues of my profession - now that is a great way to start out! He gave me factual information as well as was emotionally grounding and encouraging for me. I have run into such wonderful people as I have entered this healing and helping profession and Alan is one of them!
