I am very pleased with the outcome, and the process of my wife obtaining her green card. Our initial consultation with Mr Fatemi was professional and relaxed. He was very honest and transparent about our case , and what the process would entail. We left his office confident that he would represent us well. Shortly after our first consultation, she received her work permit, a few months later her conditional green card , and a week ago her green card was approved.😊 We really enjoyed working with Mr Fatemi, Mariah and Silvia. They were always available to listen to our concerns, and also to reassure us that everything would be ok. Silvia and Mariah would update us via emails or text messages, and that really helped us throughout the process. My lawyer was Manny Fishelman and we went to court in Howard County on a very difficult case. The other driver was saying that her car stalled in the intersection and that she was therefore not negligent. Manny did a great job and got her to admit fault on cross examination. I am happy and got a great verdict! I strongly recommend this lawyer and firm :)
