My wife and I have worked with Mr. Hyatt and his staff over the past ten years. We initially established end-of-life directives, a will and trust documents. As laws have changed over the past decade, we've updated these documents a few times (note: estate planning is not a one time thing -- laws change and thus you should re-evaluate every few years). Bottom line: Mr. Hyatt and his staff are experts in estate planning. His depth of knowledge is very impressive. He is professional, thorough, well prepared, extremely knowledgeable about the process in and out of the courtroom, well respected by his peers, honest, and genuinely interested in reaching the best outcome. He will keep you informed, lay out the options and potential outcomes of events and actions, educate you about how the system works and what to expect, and do his best. The whole thing can be colossally expensive if you do anything other than quickly and amicably mediate but his fees were reasonable (and he was actually recommended to me by one of the top tier firms, who basically suggested they could do similarly good work, but at their rates I'd be bankrupt before it was done).
