My husband and I felt very comfortable with Jim handling our will and end of life directives and documents. He was warm and welcoming and listened as we made a plan to make our intentions clear for our family. He answered questions for us and reviewed what we wanted to be sure we were on the same page. James Hyatt explained thoroughly how to set up a trust. He was extremely patient in answering all our questions (and we had a lot of questions!!). Also the fixed fee for setting up our trust was reasonable. He and his assistant Ms. Toole were very thorough in all the paperwork and communications so we were not left wondering how proceed. We will be happy to continue to work with him in the future.
