Jim Hyatt has helped us with estate planning since our kids were young in the 1990s. As our circumstances changed over the years we have been returning for Jim Hyatt and MaKayla Hanington's advice, and the two of them along with legal assistant Amy Toole have been easy to work with. We get useful information and clear explanations.

My wife and I recently completed the estate documents we had put off for way to long. I had numerous questions and it took time for me to get comfortable with everything. MaKayla was patient and took the time to work with us and ensure we were comfortable signing our documents. She is a great listener and pays attention to details. MaKayla and Amy kept us well informed every step of the way and were flexible scheduling meetings and conference calls. My wife and I have worked with Mr. Hyatt and his staff over the past ten years. We initially established end-of-life directives, a will and trust documents. As laws have changed over the past decade, we've updated these documents a few times (note: estate planning is not a one time thing -- laws change and thus you should re-evaluate every few years). Bottom line: Mr. Hyatt and his staff are experts in estate planning. His depth of knowledge is very impressive.
