Do you want an answer to your legal issue? Do you want a lawyer to treat you with respect and answer your questions and respond with professionalism? If these are things you want in a lawyer steer clear of this woman. She berates, answers emails mid thought, fails to answer questions, yells at youon the phone when asking for clarification. I would go without representation rather than use her. And I firmly believe a person who represents themselves has a fool for a lawyer and a client. I posted anonymously due to fear of repercussions from her.

Tried to call and a quick question about chapter 13 procedures and make an appointment but I must have caught her on a bad day cause the way I was talked down to, its like she did not want to bothered. I am in customer service and certainly would not want her to represent me on any case.

I have had Susan for many years in my child custody case and she is an amazing person and great attorney who will fight for you tooth and nail. She is an amazing attorney and anyone would be lucky to have her. She's a little hard headed but that's just get charm and a great asset in the court room. She made a much more high dollar attorney retreat in the heat of battle and ran over another attorney who was an idiot. Thank you Susan So much! !!!
