Excellent And Professional Law Firm! I Highly Recommend Their Services To Anyone In Need Of Representation. I made the phone call to the Law Offices of Todd K. Mohink because of the high reviews and ratings his firm had when I was in desperate need of representation. My legal matters were serious, time sensitive, and were in disarray because of inaction from the attorney whose services I terminated just a few days prior. Todd's law firm wasn't the only firm I called that day but he was the only one who returned my call and set up a consultation on that very same day. Everyone else either didn't bother to return my call or told me there wasn't much they could do to help. Given some of my recent negative experiences with other law firms who I hired to help with a divorce and personal/business legal matters I was apprehensive in believing that Todd would be able to help when several others told me they couldn't but I still remained hopeful. My consultation with Todd and his team was very similar to any other initial consultation with a Law Firm. They review your case, hear your side, and tell you what they can or can't do to help. I hired Todd that day but left his office wondering how or why this attorney could be any different than the others. Those concerns were very short lived.... What separates The Law Offices of Todd K. Mohink from the others is their firm will not only follow through with everything they tell you they will do they will even go beyond and exceed your expectations. My intention in writing this review is for others in need of legal assistance to learn from my mistakes. When it comes to legal matters every attorney will tell you what you want to hear during a consultation but I can assure you once you sign a contract and pay the upfront fees many attorneys no longer view you as a priority they promised just days before. I regret not hiring Todd from day one and it almost cost me everything. I honestly say I would not be in the position I am today if it wasn't for Todd Mohink and I will be forever grateful for his services. Thank you Todd!

Words can not describe my horrific experience with todd. Todd you might BS everyone else in charades in the court room but not me!!! Although todd took my case 2 weeks before pretrial he took it and then sat on it making my discovery even later despite more threats of sanctions and after rushing me to type it up. He made me type my own discovery claiming he was saving me money but then charged over 2k just to supplement further objections edit it and submit it. How ever prior to submission he was told not to submit anything with out my final review and say so. i gave him my signature(and my trust) for our final copy and awaited to see his draft. Long story short he submitted his draft of discovery WITH OUT my authority. Then i see one of my answers was fabricated and it was the most important one one that held the other party accountable for their share in this mess. Then he refuses to make the edits himself and tells me to type it up despite having various forms of my testimony to do so right the first time ie. Previous contempt hearing for the other side on audio disc. Verbal testimony written testimony(my version of discoverable findings) and texts messages. Long story short this is just the summary but he made an even bigger mess and then told me i had to fix it and contended to charge me for cleaning up a mess he made that he was actually making me clean myself. Later he admits to seeing texts that could help my case included in those were my evidenciary support to the answer that should have been formulated based on my testimony the first time instead of the fabrication he submitted. He did not submit the texts and then after charging me to go through them previously he asks if i have them and refuses to go get what's already in his possession and shouldve been submitted like i paid him to do in the first place... He claims he works hard for his clients but all i see is someone profiting off of others mess with out a care how it ends for them. One should also note his website says he does free consultations but infact he does not. I read one person paid 300 for a consultation with him i was charged 400. I also find it odd that he does not have a flat rate for a retainer he bases his retainers on how big your mess is not the actual work that would be required of him nor based off of your options. He ignored every question i had along the way and dismissed my anxiety every step of the process. He made a mess that could get allegations of previous perjury against me if it goes to trial and then tried to berate me for my mess that brought me to him while telling me to clean the mess he made while simultaneously trying to convince me he works hard for his clients. His credentials got him hired but he treated me like i was on legal welfare despite paying full price. then expected me to act as his assistant as well in work hes charging me full price for that is in his job description as the lawyer. He felt no obligation being a lawyer to explain the law, codes proceedures ect. either which is in a lawyers job description. In the 400 dollar consultation he offered no advice had very little to say and thusly charged me for an hour of talk therapy not legal consultation. I have never been so unimpressed in my life and his conduct is extremely questionable. One can have all the credentials in the world but if your work doesnt match those credentials you deserve to be fired and so i fired him. He is neglegent a liar and a conman. Do not take your business here because his character does not match his credentials!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He is one of the best lawyers I ever hired I’m glad I decided to get him he knows the law for sure not to Mention his Secretary is outstanding she’s very helpful very polite... I’ll recommend David to any of my friends

From the very beginning, with my free consultation, I felt that my voice was heard and my questions were answered quickly and efficiently. Alyssa was always very honest and up front with me on the issues that were in dispute. One of her biggest assets was telling me, at times, to wait and be patient, and in turn, she was right. Alyssa understood how important it was to me to try to have an amicable divorce because my children were involved. Alyssa always took my children into consideration with each conversation we had and each step in the divorce process. She was knowledgeable, personable, smart and proactive and because of this the outcome far exceeded my expectations. I truly can't thank her and the entire team enough! Attorney David Ruben, Is an experienced Attorney you would want to represent you. He is knowledgeable, tactful and caring. He helped my son and I get through a scary situation, where I needed a peace order in place for my son's protection. I am thankful to hire him and I would not want to go into the court room with out him. He responds to calls and text and walks you through the process so you won't be nervous. If you have to go to court-having David Ruben representing you is an asset.
