Hello all I previously had a vehicle charge, actually the courts made it 3 charges and to tell the truth I was shook. You see I have tried very hard all of my life to stay out of trouble, but traffic has not been my favorite subject. I was told for each charge I could receive up to 3 years and $500 (each). About two months before my trial I called Mr Mohink. His words to me were " You sound like a very good person and I want to help you and don't worry I will take care of you". Of course we hear this many times in our lives and seldom does it come true. But it was calmness and confidence in his voice that made me feel very confident that this would be one of the good times. He worked out a price with me that day over the phone, I paid the fee and the wheels began to turn. I think I spoke to Mr. Mohink one or two times between the time I first signed on with him and the end of the following month. Two weeks before my court date Mr Mohink calls me and says "when we first spoke I told you that you were a good person and I would take care of you". I said yes you did, he tells me he had taken care of everything and I will not have to even show up in court, it's done your case is dismissed. I felt pure relief overcome my whole body. Mr Mohink is a man of his word and someone who I now trust. From now on whenever I have any legal issues believe me Mr Mohink's phone will be ringing. Thank you Mr. Mohink.

Todd Mohink represented me a couple years ago in the starting of my divorce. He was good at first then fell to complete bull. He was late for the one hearing I had him for. Before the next hearing, he dropped me as a client without even telling me! Continued to bill me for letters and emails up to a week before the hearing and had his secretary inform me of his no longer representing me. He is a liar and a coward.

I obtained Gregory Jimeno to represent me in a criminal case here in Baltimore City which was a direct result of a misunderstanding between myself and a taxi cab driver. This obviously wasn't a very high profile case for such an experienced criminal law attorney (and from what I understand they also handle personal injury and family law/divorce cases), but Mr. Jimeno left no stone unturned. After hiring Mr. Jimeno to represent me, he performed a full in-depth interview and prepared me for every possible scenario for when we went into court. I was hoping for probation before judgement, but the case was actually nolle pros'ed (aka thrown out) and I couldn't be happier. I can't speak highly enough about Todd Mohink. I had never sought legal counsel before but as a fellow member of the bar, I understand that there are lot of variables that should be considered when retaining an attorney (experience in relevant practice areas, cost, reputation, etc.). A fellow colleague strongly recommended Todd, and after meeting with him I knew I wanted him to represent me. Todd not only has a strong grasp on family law and is current with changes in the law, but he has significant experience handling a high volume of domestic matters in various Maryland courts. His rates are reasonable and he is cost-conscious. He will not charge you for legal services unless they are absolutely necessarily, and if there is a more cost-effective way of accomplishing the same result, he will take that route. Also, Todd will go to bat for you. He fought harder for me than I probably would have fought for myself - and it was my own case! He is nobody's Patsy and he will not just roll over in court. At the same time, he is ethical, forthright, and plays by the rules. Moreover, I felt Todd truly cared about my case and gave it the time and attention it deserved. He was compassionate, and patiently listened to me whenever I voiced my concerns. He was careful not to sugarcoat anything and was very direct with me in terms of my options and possible outcomes. I really and truly believe that I couldn't have had a better advocate than Todd. I actually looked forward to calls/emails from Todd because he provided me with a measure of reassurance that I didn't think was possible as a litigant in a high conflict case. Todd didn't just provide me with superb legal representation - he improved the quality of my life and gave me a peace of mind that I would never have had otherwise. Mr. Mohink handled my very difficult and messy custody case with a tremendous amount of attention, care, insight and a level of expertise that went far beyond my expectations.
