We hired Todd Mohink on behalf of our son, a young adult, whose lifestyle had finally gotten himself into legal trouble. We fully credit Todd for saving our son’s life. Todd understood that solving the legal problems without addressing the real problems would only result in future and possibly more serious legal problems. Todd was able to get through to our son when we could not. He was successful in getting our son the help he needed to turn his life around and ensure that he would not need Todd’s legal services again. Todd does not make promises that he can’t keep. He was always open and honest about the legal process and possible outcomes. He was responsive to our questions, which were many since this was a completely new experience for us. Todd was well prepared for each court appearance and conducted himself professionally. We are very pleased with Todd's services and highly recommend him.

I would recommend Todd Mohink to whom ever needed a very knowledgeable and experience lawyer. After 30 years of marriage I found myself in a messy divorce and really not knowing where to start. From the first phone call and thru out the whole process Todd and his staff were very understanding, informative and efficient. They always answered my phone calls and e-mails in a timely manner. Todd always showed up for court on time and professional. I could not have asked for a better out come in my divorce and I have Todd to thank for that. He and his staff worked very hard getting the financial security that I needed. Todd is still helping to wrap up some unfinished business that my ex is dragging out. Mr. Mohink is unprofessional and dishonest. I called him to seek council on getting a divorce from my husband on grounds of adultery. He called me back to inform me that he cannot represent me because he knows my husband (understandable). He also assured me (without my prompting) that he would not say anything to anyone, but will refer me to someone else. He then promptly called a mutual friend to get my husbands phone number and told him I was seeking divorce lawyers. Not only did he lie, but he involved mutual friends in this very personal matter. This lawyer is unethical and dishonest. Don't call him unless you are SURE he doesn't know the other party in any way whatsoever. (Evidently even a friend of a friend is enough for him to lie and go out of his way for).

Todd Mohink and his law firm were extremely helpful in handling my domestic case. Todd is knowledgeable, professional and thorough. I appreciated his attention to the needs of my case and his sensitivity to how this experience impacted my family. The staff in Todd's office were also equally as helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks!

David Ruben and his staff were great to deal with throughout my legal situation. Although the process is scary and intimidating I always felt comfortable with his guidance and it made it much easier than I expected. I am extremely impressed with Mr. Ruben and his entire staff. The professionalism, attention to detail, and thorough knowledge shown was a great comfort in my time of need ans distress. Mr. Ruben treated me with kindness and understanding and was quick to answer telephone calls, e-mails, etc. There are many attorneys that only see dollar signs when taking on a case. Mr. Ruben is an exception to this rule and truly understands the need for great representation without charging a king's ransom. He bills you for his work and does not pad his invoices with unnecessary charges. My only regret is that I did not meet this gentleman years ago. He has truly restored my faith in law professionals. What a joke! Todd Mohink is the epitome of unprofessionalism! Paid this clown nearly 5k to represent me and ended up worse off than when I was Pro-Se. He showed up nearly 20 mins late to our court appearance looking all disheveled like he just rolled out of bed. He was totally unprepared for my case, apparently he failed to talk the his fellow lawyer who did all the ground work on my case. As such, he told me to really "play up" an issue (lie), opposing counsel caught on to it, cross examined and ate our lunch. Throughout the entire process he was VERY unresponsive, I would send him several emails because he would never answer my calls. He would charge me $25 for each email I sent to him but rarely would he respond even when I told him it was very important that he contact me. It would take him usually a week or more if he responded at all. There was also a court order that he held onto for nearly 2 weeks before he sent it to me which almost caused us to default on the order. I should take this clown to the Attorney Grievance Commission, but I have little confidence in the Maryland Judicial System. By his reviews he may work hard for people with $$$ who probably pay higher hourly rates, but with me at $250 an hour; I feel like I received min wage representation, if that. I ended up working out a settlement behind the scenes and fired him as soon as I could.

Mr. Mohink and Ms. Wright make a brilliant team. They are professional and knowledgeable, as well as personable. If you need strong representation with positive results, I highly recommend Todd Mohink and his team for any criminal or domestic matter.
