I called for a free consultation when I was seeking legal representation during my divorce. David was professional, knowledgeable and understanding of my concerns as I began the proceedings. I went through one of the hardest battles with my ex-husband for almost a year. My son wanted to go to a magnet school and his father didn't believe him. His dad actually changed my sons words about his opinion and used them against him. At that point my son asked me to fight for him, he just agreed with his dad because he knew I hired a lawyer. Every single person was patient and very responsive due to he ever changing status. COVID 19 put a lurch in the process and I was told that the case wouldn't be heard until 2021, which would have been too late, he would have lost his seat. We were able to get 2 Dvocacy lawyers assigned on my sons behalf and 2 weeks before school started, we won! So grateful to know this office truly cared about what was in my sons best interest and helped me get to a positive outcome.
