The whole staff is very kind and understanding, starting off, I was always reminded for court and any due payments with kindness, the women in the office always greeted me which a smile and answered any questions I had. Our representative, David Putzi was extremely kind and sensitive to me due to the circumstances and I appreciated his honesty, he didn’t make me feel little and he always talked to me like a person. Other lawyers have been rude and discouraging however he always kept me in the loop and never gave me an attitude about asking too many questions. Our case was extremely confusing with many problems and stops in the way, but he continued to fight for us and worked literal magic, getting everything dropped and getting us closer to freedom!
