Garland was a huge help. He gave me all of the information I needed, guided me while I was out of country for 7 months, and everything went smoothly. He's also pretty down to Earth, which really works for someone like me. I strongly recommend Garland for anyone needing legal work done.

I worked with Kelley for my custody case and she is amazing. I filed for custody of my son and she had the ball rolling in no time. She was very thorough and kept me updated throughout the entire process. There wasn't a single question I had that went unanswered. Her skills to get her clients what they're after is nothing shy of amazing, she is worth every penny. She always looked out for the best interest of my child and I. She also offered payment plan arrangements so I wouldn't fall behind and end up with a large bill at the end of the case. Kelley definitely looked out for me, she goes above and beyond in her cases and with her clients. Kelley is fabulous and you will be nothing short of satisfied working with her!

I can’t say enough good things about Garland Hall. He guided me through my divorce setting my mind at ease throughout the process. He was very accessible and promptly responded to calls and emails. I think what stands out most to me is the fact that he is very honest and upfront. He’s very easy to talk to and listens to what your goals are. I believe that there are lawyers out there that are just looking for the paycheck and another win for their ego. Garland was there for me and I really appreciate all he has done. I was referred to Garland by a co worker for my custody case which was reopened after 9 years of being closed. My previous attorney retired and at first I had alot of anxiety and through out the case I asked a million questions which Garland always answered with honesty even if it was something I did not want to hear, he did not leave me wondering and worrying which is a nightmare and something I hear alot of people complain about with their attorneys. His turn around time for responding to phone calls and correspondence is above and beyond, he even took the time to respond on a holiday weekend when something came up and I needed to know how to proceed. His fee's are very reasonable for the outstanding service he provides. I have and will continue to refer Garland to my family and friends for Family Law cases.

I choose Garland Hall after researching several other attorneys in the area who specialize in family law, and I'm glad that I decided to hire Garland. As my counsel, he consistently gave me the best advice -- always in my interests whether or not I wanted to hear it. He successfully helped me get what I wanted out of my case. He charged a reasonable fee for his services and never once wasted my time. I would hire Garland again in a heartbeat should I ever need his services again.

If you are looking for a lawyer who not only will take your case seriously and do everything it takes to win but that also listens to you and helps you in any way possible then Garland C. Hall and Kelly Spigel are the ones to pick. You would really be taking a risk with any other lawyer. I have been going through very nasty custody battles since 2007 with my seven year old daughters father. There has been a lot of lies to the courts and to cps for that matter that were all proven bogus. I found Garland Hall last year which was recommended by a lawyer who took EVERY PENNY out of my familys pocket that was possible (about 11,000 $). When I got in touch with Mr. Hall, I immediately felt a connection and knew he was the lawyer I needed to help prove my case and keep my baby girl. I didn't have a whole lot of money when I met Mr. Hall, but it didn't matter, he worked with me more than any other lawyer would have ever done. He then introduced me to Kelly Spigel a few months later and decided she could do a great job at winning my case for me and we did win! She was a fireball in court, absolutely AMAZING!! They are both very easy to talk to and they actually listen to what you have to say and are just a true blessing for anyone to have. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Mr. Hall did not represent me personally, however, he did represent a very close friend, who was facing a contentious, emotionally-charged divorce and child custody case. I was so impressed with how Mr. Hall handled the case, I felt compelled to write a strong recommendation. My close friend had already hired and fired two other divorce lawyers who seemed more concerned with collecting their fees than actually listening to their client. When my friend met with Garland, he knew immediately this attorney was different. He actually LISTENED to his client. This may sound simple, but many family lawyers fail miserably at this.
