They’re so awful. The intake reps don’t even take all of your information like medical records, hospitalizations, etc... to give to the attorney, just to have the attorney say the don’t have enough information and will talk over you when you try to give it to them. Every call is rushed like you’re the last priority and as if YOU are a burden to THEM just for existing. Unless you’re a whale, they won’t pick you up. That’s literally what Lieberman told me on the phone. Which is fine, but they’ll never know if I was or wasn’t because L. Never let me get a word in. Don’t bother with them. Edit: because they’re so awful. IF you make the mistake of calling in for a consult make that call your intake call and make sure they have everything to throw at them that you would to the judge, else the attorney will call, talk over you, and move on.

Steinhardt, Siskind and Lieberman worked quickly and efficiently to help me win my case. The staff is very friendly and I was treated with the utmost respect. Mr. Timothy Mummert was a true professional. He was the mediator for our parenting plan. Mediation is not an easy process especially when dealing with family issues like custody. Mr. Mummert was a good match for us because he was able to ease tensions between us and enable us to collaboratively work toward a compromise that worked for both of us and especially our daughter. He was up-front, honest and gave us both perspective on the realities of divorce, which helped us to reach compromise. He also adds the value/perspective of being a parent. I have recommended him to over half a dozen people going through divorce and their parenting plan.
