who on earth would ever try to get custody for a father that was locked up at the time and for several plus years in the future?? did not file timely response to adoption papers and then used a medical excuse as a reason why it was not done in time.

i just ask her whether she can represent of me to get the primary custody from my ex. I am not sure because she is the my ex husband's lawyer. Well, 30 minutes later, I got the horrible message from my ex. I am very afraid of him. She replied me she can not and fwd my msg to my ex at the same time. I am appreciated of you and put me in another disaster! Just consultation can lead the potential client to the disaster!

Kelly Kilroy represented me in filing for full physical custody of my two children. She was extremely helpful in explaining the process to me. Stay away! I would not recommend Kelly to anyone looking for representation in a divorce case...especially in Howard County MD and most of all...if you are a father looking for fairness in the courtroom. Her website states, "Obtaining Fathers' Rights, Dedicated Representation Since 1985" which is totally incorrect in my opinion, its an easy hook to advertise the fact that a father will be looked out for from her or in the Howard County court system writ large...its just an easy way to take your money based on a proven fact that there is bias against fathers engaged in divorce cases throughout Howard County. Don't be fooled, she is not for you!
