Great service. First off… They answered the phone on the weekend. That’s impressive by itself. Nice place to go in and do this unpleasant business. They were not judge mental but instead were helpful and friendly. Lindsay and Shelly were especially accommodating. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone in need. I would not hesitate to recommend their advice even if you’re on the fence. It doesn’t hurt to talk to them. And it may indeed help.

Very firm lawyer i have no complaints.

Today was my second time with Todd representing me. I was charged with a traffic offense 2 months back and after realizing this week that my case was something I had to attend court for I made a phone call to Todds office. Less then 24 hours before my scheduled court appearance Todd had me come into his office (he was suppose to be off that day also) and he agreed to work me in and represent me today. A load was taken off of my chest when he agreed to help. Not only did he do all this for me on very short notice he was able to get the charges dismissed which left me completely shocked. I thought for sure I was in some trouble. The first time was 7 years ago when he helped me obtain full custody of my now 12 year old daughter. She has lived with me ever since and her mother chose drugs over being her mom. I have no doubt if it wasn't for Mr Mohink and his abilities my daughters life would have taken a completely different path in the custody of her neglectful and selfish mother. If your looking for a down to earth, professional who wants nothing more then to keep his clients out of trouble I highly recommend this man. If there was ever a way I could give him 6stars I wouldnt think twice. Thank you Todd for saving my A-- not once but twice.

Todd Mohink and his entire staff have been a god send over the last 18 months. Originally, he represented us in a very volatile custody battle that spanned 3 different counties ( Carroll, Anne Arundel and Montgomery) He helped us navigate every aspect of gaining custody of my soon to be step daughter including dealing with the various different school systems. During that time we also retained him for a serious traffic violation in Montgomery county. My Fiance was fully prepared to deal with a significant jail sentence for this, which could of jeprodized every aspect of our life. Todd was able to get my fiance into a very good treatment/ work release program vs a long jail sentence and has helped him coordinate with various other programs in the county to get his license back in a timely manor. Todd Mohink and his staff have not only done an amazing job in the courts but have also been a priceless source of support and information.
