worst law firm, took my retainer and would not meet with me after that. Tried to bill me thousands without ever meeting with me once after initial consultation. Had to deal with this during a very difficult time. I would not recommend to anyone. On April 26th, 2019 McNamee Hosea agreed to take my case against my homeowners insurance. We agreed on contract and I paid your retainer of 5000.00. I provided you with all files, emails, and documents. On May 23rd, 2019 McNamee stated you had prepared a draft complaint and intended to file suit in Montgomery County. I was sent a few pages of an incomplete draft. Then on July 15th, 2019 I received email that it was unclear exactly what claims I had, you can no longer help. If you request, I can upload photo of my check McNamee Hosea cashed for 5000.00 That should prove I was a client of your firm...

Over the past 2 years I felt like my worker's compensation case was not going to go well and things were not going to work out in my favor. You never stop and think that you're going to get hurt at work, and when you do, you never imagine a worker's compensation case being such a lengthy process. I automatically thought because of how long the process took, I was just going to get messed over by the county because of course they never want you to win a case or be compensated on their dime; so you can imagine my frustration and anxiety about the whole thing.
