I called and never pick up the phone

Our company uses many attorneys nationwide, Hughie Hunt is by far the worst one I’ve ever encountered and that is saying a lot! I approached him back in January 2023 to open a probate for one of our clients so we could make a claim for money that was due her late father. We contacted Hughie Hunt to open the probate and get our client appointed administrator. Trusting him was probably one of the worst mistakes ever! He proceeded without our knowledge or approval to get himself appointed administrator, highjacked the claim from us, stole our client, collected the money we were due, paid himself a fat commission, and left us high and dry! Our company lost over $16K because of his treachery. When I called him out on it, he tried to sidestep the whole issue and said he had “no authority” to do anything. I guess he had all the authority to steal our client, steal our money, but no authority to do what was right. Zero loyalty. Zero accountability. Zero ethics. One of the worst experiences with an attorney I have ever had! We will be filing a bar complaint. If you read this review and are considering using his services, DO NOT USE HUGHIE HUNT. Your bank account will thank you and you’ll probably have a few less gray hairs too! It’s unfortunate that Google can’t let you award negative stars.
