First of all these people are clearly incompetent, they dont communicate very well you have to constantly call them to find out what is going on with your case and when you do talk to them especially Mr. Shure they get you confused with other clients. On top of that, in handling my simple car accident case they are turning down settlements without talking to me about it. I dont recommend this law firm to anyone not even to my worst enemy. No one deserves this type of non-customer service. And I am considering reporting them to the bar association because I feel grossly misrepresented and they have no business practicing law anywhere let alone here in the metropolitan area.
