I contacted Mr. Kemet to provide feedback on a custody issue with my former husband about potential access he would have to my children after his release from prison. I was concerned that I would need to hire an attorney to ensure that my X would not be able to visit my children unsupervised. Attorney Kemet assured me that my X would not be able to make such an attempt or demand visitation due to him being on probation and based on his conviction. Mr. Kemet was very helpful and put me at ease without attempting to sell me services that at the time were not needed. I really appreciate the time he took to advise me on an issue that was creating fear and anxiety in my life. Mr. Kemet will be the first place I’ll turn if further legal expertise is needed.
