“I don't understand why they tell you to call if you had a problem with the police. They don't return your call back.”

Unreliable and unprofessional communication
“Called for information. No help!!!? Didn't even try.... I called these people and in about a week, a "Kenya" called. Coincidentally, at the same time, my girlfriend called me. I asked Kenya to give me 20 seconds. When I clicked over, she hung up. I immediately called back and a male secretary picked up the phone and told me she was not available and I could not speak to her, smh.”
