I received two exceeding posted maximum speeding tickets (one 71 in a 45, one 71 in a 45 in a work zone) which amounted to very expensive tickets, many potential points on my license, and a significant potential car insurance increase. I googled around and called a couple lawyers. One of which was significantly more expensive than David Waranch, who preached that 'you get what you pay for', but was from a large firm, had his assistant reach out to me instead, and I overall didn't have a great feeling about him. When I spoke with David Waranch personally, I trusted his experience and his level of engagement in my case. He discussed my case with me at length, called to check in with me as my court date neared, and called me after the case to let me know I was found NOT guilty on both charges. I know the process to pick a lawyer can be overwhelming and confusing but David will focus on your case. He has both sincerity and the expertise and I 100% recommend him.

Mr. Waranch was always on time when we should meet up he always update me if there is any changes in my case. I am well pleased with his service because he help me to beat my case which save me allot of money and time.

Hi, I have recently got a ticket "FAILURE TO STOP FOR STOPPED VEH FLASHING RED LIGHTS" opposite side. After doing research found David was experienced lawyer in handling traffic tickets. He gave his time to listen all the details and suggested me to write defensive exam. Finally my case was found not guilty and no fines or court fees.
