I went there for mediation. Amy spent most of the time with my ex. I felt like she was doing everything she could, to get my ex what she wanted.

My experience with Attorney Amy Gibson was truly exceptional. She was an absolute lifesaver and I don't know what I would have done without her. Amy's expertise and dedication to my case were truly remarkable (DIVORCE) From the moment I met Amy, I knew I was in good hands. She took the time to listen to my story, thoroughly review my case, and provide valuable insights and advice. I considered hiring Amy. I don't think she is a good fit for some people, especially me. She presents herself with the attitude that her clients work for her. She will flat rudely interrupt you and tell you to stop talking about something or that she doesn't care about something that is important to you. Before you hand her a 5k retainer, I advise you to read her fee agreement very carefully. I asked her about what she thought my case would cost. She responded, "I have no idea !" For me, that was a huge red flag. An experienced lawyer, as she claims to be, should have been willing to give me a range. After reading her fee agreement it was clear to me that she expects her clients to do exactly what she tells them to do as she told me boldly during our consultation and to sign her agreement that has no boundaries or limits to protect you. She basically expects a blank check. The final decision maker for me was when she told me, and I quote that she "would not tolerate her clients, not doing as she says."

Upon my first interaction with Amy Gibson it was apparent her communication style is effective and to the point. She listened to my concerns and provided the counsel that I needed. In court, Ms. Gibson acted in a proactive manner which alleviated much of my stress and concern. She offered me excellent advice to provide the necessary outcome. I highly recommend Ms. Gibson if you are in need of council.

Any Gibson and staff are an amazing team, they are client focused with amazing passion and resources to provide solutions and options in difficult child custody and visitation cases. Customer service is friendly . Friendly staff. Paid for a consultation and felt the experience was very rude and am very disappointed in the service that was provided to me. When I expressed how I felt ...I was told “it’s just a matter of opinion” Based off of a 12 min phone call i am being judged on my conduct. I am a very kind and respectful person. I still gave 2 stars despite how I felt I was being treated and still gave credit where credit was due. TO THE STAFF. I told her I appreciated her advice but didn’t like her tone with me. I never said I disagreed with her at all... it’s how she came across and her deliverance of what she needed to say. Not every experience is a good one. We all fall short. I hope that from this point on everyone will be treated fairly regardless of situation. I’m glad I spoke out on how I felt. I’ve also read another review on AVVO.COM about her service. I’m sure she’s helped many but her attitude isn’t always right. No one is perfect. I have every right to speak out on how I was treated without feeling like I would get attacked and judged. I payed for a consultation yes but not for her disrespect and judgment towards me.I felt bullied off of the phone call and very uneasy and uncomfortable.
