Mr. Hinkle put my mind at ease. He is extremely knowledgeable and after a few questions, he was able to explain the best action for me and how to make it happen. I never once felt misunderstood or looked down upon. He really understands my situation and he just wants to help. I was surprised by the amount of his charges.
