I had to hire a lawyer to deal with an auto insurance company. I was beyond frustrated trying to settle with them and found Mr.Reed. He took the time to listen and explained what the lawsuit would involve. The process was within the time frame he described due to Covid. He and his staff were always there for me when I had a question and I was highly impressed with the research they did for my case. He was able to get the settlement I had hoped for that the insurance company wasn't even close to offering to me. I would absolutely recommend Britt Reed law offices to anyone needing a lawyer.

We can't begin to explain how grateful we are for Mr. Reed. In 2018 we were involved in a collision out of state. After settling in that state, we found out due to having minor settlements we needed to also have a lawyer in WV who could help with the minor claims locally. Mr Reed quickly replied to our request and was extremely thorough and efficient. The case was completed faster than we expected and in a professional manner. We could not begin to describe how grateful we are for his help. We would highly recommend him to anyone who may need his assistance and would 100% use him again if ever needed.

Was involved in a rear end collision in April of 2019 and sustained a neck injury. I was referred to Britt-Reed Law Offices by a friend whose sister had been a client. Mr. Reed is a great attorney, he has went above and beyond for my case. My case was a little difficult than any other case typically and it had last way longer than we had expected and part of that was because of coronavirus, but through it all Mr. Reed stood right by my side answer emails phone calls anytime. I really appreciate him so much for everything that he has done for me and his wife and his office staff are also wonderful people to work with. Everyone there is very professional.🥰
