I would highly recommend this entire firm from the receptionist to the man himself. They were very professional and while on a very lengthy case with my employer they kept me extremely informed and helped me to navigate this very confusing situation. He really continued to fight for me after his fees maxed years earlier. If you were injured at work you would be in great hands with any lawyer in this family firm.

Best Worker's Comp. Lawyer in MD. Period.

I know my mouth will get me in trouble for this but my husband hired Bill Proctor as his worker Comp lawyer well as it often does my mouth got a head of me and me and Mr. Proctor could not get along so I got my husband a new lawyer Byron Warnken I called them he called me back and boy he talked one hell of a game as soon as we signed with them we got passed off to one of the other lawyers see from what I could see Mr. Warnken should have never been a lawyer he can talk the talk but just can't walk the walk I think being in court himself scares him to death well to make this long story shorter we really got screwed we should have never left Proctor Law offices because Bill Proctor wasn't afraid of anything and even though we can't go back God I wished we could so don't get mad at him for his not so good bedside manner because he's a fighter and so far out of all the lawyers I have seen out there he was the best one so don't get mad at him in the end he's the one you want in your corner.
