I had made several bad decisions that led me to needing representation and professional experience in the judicial system. I wanted someone who was relatable and would share my interest. When I called and talked to Molly I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. Dave made time to talk to me during that same phone call and heard my situation and explained the legal process. I knew that this was my team so I hired them immediately. Since this happened during the initial COVID outbreak it took a long time to go to court. My life kept moving forward while still waiting on this life event to resolve. Molly was extremely helpful and attentive and responded to every question I had over the many months wait to have an appearance. Today I finally had my date in court and it only confirmed my initial belief that this was my team. Dave was outstanding and delivered results better than I expected. I couldn't be more thankful and now have the chance to move forward with my life.

I was unable to find a lawyer until last minute. Dave found a way to squeeze me into his busy schedule for 2 court dates. Thankfully he was able to have it all on one day. Due to me just starting a new job I didn’t have the money upfront & they have been AMAZING helping me with a payment plan. I couldn’t of had a better lawyer. They go above & beyond. & they are extremely nice which helps in a time of distress. Thank you for all of y’all’s help!

I cannot say enough about Mr. Harbin and his assistant Molly. We were referred to him by another lawyer and not only was he a better fit for us, but saved money, as well. Dave has been my lawyer for about 3 years now and we’ve been in and out the courtroom throughout the years. My case was pretty deep, but what I can say from personal experience with Dave is that every time we left the courtroom it was on a better note and we would leave with BETTER THAN EXPECTED RESULTS. Every time! Dave and his assistant Molly are very professional and HELPS ANYWAY POSSIBLE! Molly can answer almost any question that you would have for Dave if he happens to not be available at that very second and she is very organized! They get to know you personally and family as well.
