I grew up in Maryland and previously handled my own traffic citations through my adult life. I was caught off guard by the changing landscape and the ramifications of the provisional license environment the young people in my house were facing. I quickly found myself giving my own children bad advice based off my experiences in the late 80’s and 90’s.
