Mr. Harbin has been a God send during a trying time. He always made an effort to make me comfortable, and ensured I understood all proceedings. He was readily available to answer all my questions whenever I needed clarity and he always made me feel like a priority. You can't go wrong with Harbin Law Office.

When I needed help for my daughter's case, I called a few lawyers and left messages. The Harbin law office is the only one who called me right back. They were able to help that very afternoon and eventually resolve the entire case. They were very professional. They provided an agreement to me that stated what would be provided and the cost. They fulfilled what was agreed to. The Harbin Law Office was easy to work and helpful with information and advice any time I talked to them. This includes both the lawyer, David as well as Molly who works in the office. I was pleased with the service I received from Harbin.

MR. Harbin is a amazing lawyer he’s very professional. He got my case squared away very quickly and was able to explain to me what was going to happened before I went into the court room. I would highly recommend him! He is very reasonably priced and he worked with me! By far one of the best lawyers in Hagerstown!

If I could give them more stars I would. Molly is so amazing. She answers right away always answers the phone very polite and pleasant. Mr. Harbin is the man he helped a loved one from a 20 years bid to just months and parole. He is on point very accurate and fights for his clients. Mr. Harbin helped me tremendously, in & out of court, 3 to 4 years ago. Recently I called them for further assistance, with those same cases & Molly treated me like we saw each other yesterday! I can't say enough of the care both David & Molly put into me and the drama I brought them.
